OrphanAct has joined forces with iOrphan.org  to continue its mission of improving the quality of life for orphans and homeless children living in Siberia  OrphanAct was founded by Steve Moksnes and Kira Bogouslavski as a 501(3)(c) non-profit charitable corporation in 2004.
OrphanAct works closely with Rotary Clubs and other service organizations around the globe.
